What is the processing time?
Processing time varies based on product.
Earrings/ Accessories: 1-3 business days
Cake Decor: 1-4 business days
Outfits: 1-2 weeks
Shoes: 2 weeks
Acrylic signs: 7-10 business days
What is the shipping time frame?
After processing time is complete, your order ships out the same day.
USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
USPS Express: 1-2 business days
Can I return or exchange items?
Because everything is made based on your customization, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens if I have an issue with my order?
If there is an issue with your order such as damage during shipment, incorrect item or lost during transit, please contact us and we would be glad to get it resolved
How do I send pictures in for my custom item?
After placing your order, youll receive an email from us requesting your images/qr codes. Be sure to send in images at least within 24 hours, so that your order will not be delayed.
